- Call potential leads and share project/property details clearly
- Attend incoming calls and respond to inquiries professionally
- Schedule and confirm site visits with clients
- Maintain and update lead data and call records using Excel
- Regular follow-ups with interested prospects
- Coordinate with the sales team to transfer qualified leads
- Ensure a positive and respectful communication tone with all customers
- Must be fluent in Marathi and Hindi
- Basic understanding of English
- Working knowledge of Excel
- Minimum qualification: HSC or Graduate
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Willing to work from the office full-time
