Responsibilities:


  • Initiate calls to prospective customers and explain product/service offerings.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
  • Keep records of calls and customer responses in the CRM system.
  • Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues when needed.
  • Maintain good relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups.
  • Meet daily and weekly call targets (number of calls, conversions, etc.).
  • Share feedback from customers with the internal team to improve services.


Key Skills:


  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in Hindi, Gujarati.
  • Customer-focused with a positive and persuasive attitude.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle pressure.
  • Familiar with MS Office and basic computer systems.


Eligible Criteria:


  • Preferred: Graduate in Any Field
  • Previous experience in tele calling / telemarketing
  • Gender: Female candidates only.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
