Role Summary:
Looking for smart and confident Telecounselors to connect with students and parents, explain educational offerings, and convert leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls & follow-ups
- Counsel students about courses & colleges
- Maintain call records & daily reports
- Support education campaigns
Requirements:
- Graduate or Under Graduate (any stream)
- Good communication in Hindi & English
- Basic computer & WhatsApp knowledge
- Experience preferred, fresher can apply
Timings: 09:30 AM – 6:30 PM | Days: Mon–Sat
Salary: Industry at par + Incentives
