We are looking for a proactive and experienced
Telly Caller with a strong background in telesales or telemarketing. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and persuasion skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to handle outbound and inbound calls efficiently. You will play a key role in generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships.- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
- Answer incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Convert leads into sales through effective follow-ups and persuasion.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
- Handle customer objections and resolve queries professionally.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support lead-generation campaigns.
- Provide feedback on customer trends and suggestions for improvement.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a telesales representative or similar role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets over the phone.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in [Insert Required Languages � e.g., Hindi, English].
- Strong knowledge of CRM software and telecalling tools is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma or graduate degree in any field preferred.
