We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our team for selling nutraceutical products over the phone. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in Hindi or English and the ability to handle extensive outbound calling using a CRM system. The role also includes taking product feedback from customers after purchase.
- Make outbound calls to promote and sell nutraceutical products
- Explain product features and benefits to customers
- Record call details, sales updates, and feedback in the CRM system
- Follow up with customers and collect product feedback
- Meet daily and monthly calling and conversion targets
- Resolve customer queries in a professional manner
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or telesales preferred
- Strong communication skills in Hindi (other languages are a plus)
- Good interpersonal and convincing abilities
- Comfortable with high-volume calling
- Familiarity with CRM or data entry systems is an advantage
- Self-driven and goal-oriented
