Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven Telecallers to join our outbound voice process team for Vodafone. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, explaining products/services, resolving queries, and achieving sales or service targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing Vodafone customers.
Promote Vodafone products, plans, and offers effectively.
Handle customer queries in a polite and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and follow-ups.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Collaborate with team members and report to the team leader/supervisor.

Key Skills & Requirements:
Good communication skills in Kannada, Telugu, and English.
Confident and pleasant telephone manner.
Prior experience in a voice process (preferred but not mandatory).
Ability to persuade and handle rejections gracefully.
Basic computer knowledge for data entry and call logging.
