Telecaller & Property Listing Executive who can connect with property owners, confirm property availability, collect property details, and manage listings across platforms like WhatsApp and Facebook.- Make outbound calls to landlords/property owners to confirm if their shop/showroom/office is available for rent
- Collect all key property details including location, size, rent, and photos
- Enter property details accurately into Excel/Google Sheets
- Organise property photos in labelled folders on Google Drive or computer
- Post available property images and details in relevant WhatsApp and Facebook groups
- Follow up regularly with owners to update listing status
- Coordinate with the internal team for visits or more detailed listings when needed
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati (Basic English preferred)
- Comfortable with telecalling and handling owner conversations confidently
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Drive, WhatsApp, and Facebook posting
- Good data organisation and attention to detail
- Reliable, self-motivated, and punctual
- 1+ year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or real estate coordination
- Familiarity with commercial areas and retail spaces in Ahmedabad is a plus
