- Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers.
- Provide information about our services to customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide necessary assistance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Education: Any degree (Freshers are welcome).
- Female candidates preferred.
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, etc.).
