• Make Outbound Calls: Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services using scripts.
  • Handle Inbound Queries: Respond to incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries or complaints professionally.
  • Maintain Customer Records: Update customer information in the database and ensure accurate record-keeping of all interactions.
  • Achieve Sales/Conversion Targets: Persuade customers to purchase products or services and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.
  • Follow-up Communication: Conduct follow-up calls to prospective customers and maintain consistent communication to close sales.
  • Provide Product/Service Information: Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
  • Handle Objections Effectively: Listen to customer concerns patiently and provide appropriate solutions to build trust.
  • Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the sales or customer service team to streamline processes and improve performance.
