Ascent24 Technologies is looking for a proactive and confident person to join our team as a Telecaller. Your job is simple – make outbound calls, talk to customers, and share about our services. Candidates with excellent communication skills in English and Tamil are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to domestic and international clients.
- Present and promote products/services to the customers.
- Follow up on leads and maintain customer records
- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure satisfaction.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Requirements :
- Male candidates preferred.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 5 months experience can apply.
- Strong verbal communication in English and Tamil.
- A Bachelor's Degree is a must.
- International Tele-calling experience will be an added advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
