Aimbeat Technology, a leading provider of custom IT solutions since 2011, is seeking a results-driven and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Vashi, Navi Mumbai.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services sales and a passion for technology. You will be responsible for driving new business growth by identifying potential clients, building relationships with key decision-makers (especially technical leads), and closing deals for our core services: Custom Software Development, Android & iOS App Development, and Website Development.


This is a hands-on sales role for a "hunter" who thrives on chasing new leads and exceeding targets.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Generate new business through proactive cold calling, email campaigns, and industry networking.
  • Clearly articulate the business value of our technical services to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure profitable business.
  • Collaborate with our internal technical teams to ensure client requirements are met and projects are executed successfully.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new market opportunities.


Required Qualifications and Skills:


  • Minimum 2 year of proven experience in a B2B sales or business development role within the IT services industry is mandatory.
  • Must be a current resident of Mumbai or Navi Mumbai.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of software development, mobile applications, and web technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
  • Good if having Bachelor�s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field of Sales
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
