- Experience in jewellery retail sales, tele sales or telemarketing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell products/services.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Identify customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
- Provide accurate product information and answer customer queries.
- Overcome objections and close sales effectively.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and referrals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively pitch offerings.
