Roles and Responsibilities


Lead Generation and Client Outreach:


  • Initiate outbound calls to potential clients from various lead sources.
  • Introduce real estate projects, properties, and services to prospects.
  • Engage with potential clients, understand their requirements, and provide relevant information about properties.
  • Answer inquiries and address concerns related to property features, prices, and locations.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for property viewings or meetings with sales representatives.


Customer Relationship Management:


  • Build rapport and establish positive relationships with clients through engaging conversations.
  • Follow up with leads and existing clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and nurture relationships.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, preferences, and feedback in the CRM system.


Sales Support and Target Achievement:


  • Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate lead conversion and achieve sales goals.
  • Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets by generating qualified leads and scheduling appointments.


Market Knowledge and Data Management:


  • Stay informed about real estate market trends, competitor activities, and project details to effectively answer client questions and provide relevant information.
  • Provide feedback to the sales team and management on customer needs and market trends.
  • Update and maintain a database of customer information and interactions for future reference and analysis.
  • preferably in the real estate sector, is essential.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear and pleasant phone voice are necessary.
  • Strong customer service orientation, including active listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills, is important for addressing client needs and ensuring positive experiences.
  • The ability to handle rejection positively and maintain a persistent and results-driven mindset is needed.
  • Basic knowledge of real estate terminology, property types, and market dynamics is beneficial for conveying accurate information to clients.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
