Job Overview


We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Vendor Enrolment & Govt Liaison Executive who can actively get Deep Cable empanelled as an approved vendor with government departments, PSUs, and infra companies. The role demands regular field visits, strong documentation, and the ability to build working relationships with department officials involved in the tendering and procurement process.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Drive vendor registration and empanelment across central/state departments, PSUs, EPCs, infra & private entities


2. Handle end-to-end documentation for vendor listing, approvals, and renewals


3. Conduct field visits regularly to govt offices for file movement, follow-ups, and officer coordination


4. Build rapport and maintain healthy working relationships with government procurement & technical officers


5. Track tenders, support in post-tender follow-ups like FSRs, sample submissions, clarifications, etc.


6. Maintain structured database of registered departments, empanelment numbers, and expiry timelines


7. Coordinate internally for timely submission of required documents, declarations, certifications, etc.


8. Ensure the company is strategically visible and registered with all relevant bodies in the tender ecosystem


Experience:


â— 1–3 years of experience in govt/PSU vendor registration, business coordination, tender compliance or field liaisoning


â— Must have prior exposure to PSU/Govt ecosystem Education:


â— Graduate / Post Graduate Technical Skills Required:


â— In-depth knowledge of government procurement systems and tendering process


â— Prior experience in vendor registration with PSUs, CPWD, GeM, DDA, PWD, etc.


â— Strong follow-up, coordination, and field execution capabilities


â— Ability to establish credibility & build working rapport with government staff


â— Excellent in document handling, registration forms, and online portals


â— Ownership mindset with structured reporting and timely execution


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent


Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
