Vill.- Baktara, Near MM Fun City, Mandir Hasaud, Tehsil - Arang (Dist.Raipur)As a Tender Executive, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process, from identifying opportunities and gathering information to preparing and submitting competitive bids. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, project management, and subject matter experts, to develop winning proposals that meet the needs of our clients.
- Preparing documents: This includes coordinating, preparing, and compiling bid submission documents, tender questionnaires, and pre-qualifications. They may also prepare technical financial bids, documents for e-tendering, and presentations for tender submission.
- Gathering information: Tender executives may collate tender information and references from various sources, such as online search engines, industry, and market intelligence data.
- Managing the process: This includes monitoring and ensuring that tender submission due dates are met, and checking, binding, packing, and preparing outgoing submissions. They may also manage communication with clients, receive and deal with client inquiries, and follow up with prospective buyers.
- Evaluating bids and contracts: This includes analyzing bids and contracts for price, quality, and technical specifications of goods and services. They may also clarify bid conditions, check the feasibility for qualification, and ensure compliance with tender guidelines
