We are seeking a passionate and experienced
UI/UX Trainer to join our team and mentor aspiring designers. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in user interface and user experience design, with practical knowledge of industry-standard tools and the ability to communicate concepts clearly and engagingly.- Design and deliver engaging training sessions on UI/UX fundamentals, design thinking, user research, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and visual design.
- Guide learners through hands-on projects and provide constructive feedback.
- Create and update training materials, exercises, and assessments to stay aligned with current industry standards.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure course relevance.
- Evaluate learner performance and provide detailed reports and recommendations.
- Offer one-on-one mentoring and career guidance to learners when needed.
- Proven experience in UI/UX design, preferably with a portfolio of real-world projects.
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, and similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility.
- Experience with HTML/CSS and basic front-end knowledge is a plus.
- Previous teaching, mentoring, or corporate training experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to various learning styles.
- Bachelor�s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
- UI/UX certifications from platforms like Google, Coursera, or Interaction Design Foundation (IDF) are a plus.
