Job Title: Multiple Vacancy - Teachers

Role & Responsibilities:

· Maintain accurate attendance records, assessments, and grade cards for students.

· Provide regular feedback on student progress during Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and maintain a follow-up schedule for each meeting with parents.

· Ensure that the topics taught in the class are well-prepared, thoroughly researched, and delivered in an engaging and interactive manner.

· Foster a cohesive and positively motivating environment that encourages students' emotional and academic growth.

· Maintain classroom decorum and instill good habits in students to promote a well-rounded learning experience.

· Organize and coordinate in-house activities and manage classroom and display boards, both inside and outside the classroom.

· Possess a pleasant personality and excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff.

· Preferably residing in or around Navi Mumbai for convenience and ease of commute.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Education / ECCED (Early Childhood Care and Education Diploma) or equivalent / Graduate degree in any field / MCA / BCA [For Computers]

· Passionate about early childhood education and development

· Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

· Prior experience working with young children is a plus
