- Manage floor status on a daily basis.
- Organize dailies, rounds and meetings, taking notes and following up on information as necessary.
- Maintain an accurate summary of progress of work by artists.
- Ensure production database is kept updated daily with notes and critical information before departing for the day.
- Record all shot notes on floor reviews and documents them.
- Ensure teams are clear on daily delivery objectives and follow up on the floor on delays.
- In charge for department calendar for scheduling meetings, booking the same.
- Ensure timecards are approved daily.
