Role Overview
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Admission Counselors to join our team at two strategic locations in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in guiding prospective students through the admissions process, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience from inquiry to enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and parents, providing accurate information about academic programs, admission criteria, and campus offerings
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, campus tours, and virtual consultations to support enrollment decisions
- Manage inbound inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins, ensuring timely and professional follow-up
- Maintain and update student records in the CRM system, tracking progress through the admissions funnel
- Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to support lead generation and conversion campaigns
- Participate in education fairs, school visits, and promotional events to represent the institution
- Provide feedback and insights to improve the admissions process and student engagement strategies
Desired Profile
- Bachelor�s degree in any discipline; a background in education, psychology, or business is preferred
- 2�3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, or student-facing roles within the education sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Hindi/Telugu
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic data reporting
- Empathetic, persuasive, and student-centric approach
