• 2+ years of experience in vehicle allotment, dispatch, or inventory management (automotive industry preferred).
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory software/ERP systems.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Maintain and update vehicle allotment records on a daily basis.
  • Allocate vehicles to customer bookings based on stock availability and priority.
  • Coordinate with the manufacturer or central warehouse for incoming vehicle stock.
  • Track transit and delivery schedules to ensure timely allotment and handover.
  • Communicate vehicle allotment details to the sales team and customers.
  • Ensure proper documentation for each allotted vehicle (invoice, insurance, registration, etc.).
  • Prepare reports on vehicle availability, pending allotments, and delivery timelines.
  • Work closely with the PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) and logistics team to ensure readiness of vehicles for delivery.
  • Resolve allotment conflicts or issues between sales staff or customers.
  • Support the sales team with information related to stock, variants, colors, and expected delivery dates.
