Job Objective:


To drive sales and revenue growth by managing a team, expanding client base (schools, institutions, education centers), and ensuring the successful promotion and distribution of educational products/services in the assigned area.


Key Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement area-wise sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Plan and conduct field visits, demos, and sales meetings with schools and institutions.
  • Team Management:
  • Lead, train, and monitor a team of Business Development Executives or Sales Officers.
  • Set targets, review performance, and ensure timely reporting.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Building:
  • Identify and onboard potential clients (schools, coaching centers, colleges).
  • Maintain long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
  • Product Promotion & Demonstration:
  • Promote educational products such as curriculum solutions, digital tools, e-learning platforms, assessments, or school management systems.
  • Conduct presentations and demos for stakeholders including principals, management, and educators.
  • Market Intelligence:
  • Gather feedback, understand competitor offerings, and update leadership on market trends.
  • Recommend product modifications or strategies based on insights.
  • Sales Operations:
  • Track daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
  • Ensure timely order processing, invoicing, and payment collections.
  • Training & Development:
  • Conduct product training sessions for internal teams and clients.
  • Stay updated on product features and updates.
  • Customer Support Coordination:
  • Coordinate with the support team to address client queries and post-sales issues.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams:
  • Liaise with marketing, logistics, and product teams to align sales goals with overall strategy.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
  • Maintain CRM records, client databases, and report to senior management with updates and plans.


Key Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience in educational product sales or institutional selling.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
  • Target-oriented with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent


Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
