We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Area Credit Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible to manage the portfolio along with new business to be booked as per bank policies. Leadership skills should be there to manage the team. Responsibility for the portfolio and delinquency should be under control.
- New business to get the processed by the team
- Process files within the prescribed TAT
- Do Tele PD/Video PD with the customer
- Present the case to the approving authority basis the Tele PD and the policy post highlighting the deviations.
- Good quality of portfolio to be maintained
- Team productivity level to be maintained
Delinquency level should be minimum and within the prescribed limit by Bank
- Minimum Education: CA
- Minimum Experience: > 7 years of relevant experience in a banking environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
