1. Sales and Business Development.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market.
Market penetration through exhibitions, seminars, and cold calling.
Analyze the competition and recommend measures in line with company policy.
Maintain cordial relationships with existing customers & regional government offices.
2. Technical Expertise:
Should possess sound knowledge of refrigeration products including Ice Machines, Water
Chillers, and Evaporative Condensers.
Should be able to provide technical assistance to clients during the pre-sales and post-sales
discussions.
3. Customer Service and Support:
Will act as a primary point of contact for customers. Collaborate with the technical support
team to address any service-related concerns.
4. Project Management:
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/projects
(Ammonia/Feron-based)
5. Documentation and Reporting:
Propose upcoming visit scheduled on a weekly basis (Every Monday).
Maintain the visit report & submit by 28 th of every month.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
