We are hiring an experienced
sales leader for the role of Associate General Manager – Sales. The ideal candidate has deep experience in ELV surveillance systems, a successful background in closing high-value B2B deals, and a passion for business development in large-scale projects.- Lead B2B and institutional sales of ELV surveillance and security systems
- Identify and develop large-scale business opportunities across government, infrastructure, and enterprise sectors
- Build long-term relationships with consultants, system integrators, and key corporate clients
- Execute major corporate deals through value-based selling
- Prepare and submit government tenders, RFPs, and project proposals
- Mentor and lead a performance-driven sales team
- Coordinate with technical teams to build customized security solutions
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipelines, and management reports
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in ELV surveillance and electronic security sales
- Strong knowledge of IP/analog systems, NVR/DVR, VMS, and integrated platforms
- Proven experience managing large accounts and working on government sales
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively for business
- Experience with top OEMs or ELV/security system brands
- Involvement in Smart City, Public Safety, or Critical Infrastructure projects
- Established network within the ELV/security industry
- Fixed salary: ₹75,000�₹80,000 per month
