- Monitor and operate the Building Management System (BMS) including HVAC, fire alarms, access control, lighting, and other building automation systems.
- Perform regular system checks and ensure smooth functioning of all BMS-related equipment.
- Troubleshoot and escalate system faults or alarms promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of all BMS operations and incidents.
- Coordinate with the maintenance and technical teams for timely rectification of faults.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in BMS operations.
- Strong understanding of building automation systems and controls.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required.
- Should be locally available or willing to relocate to Ernakulam (Note: No food or accommodation will be provided).
