As a Admission Counsellor, you will manage the lead pipeline, and ensure consistent counselling quality and strong admission conversion rates. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth sales operations, clear client communication, and consistent achievement of targets.

• Handle leads from walk-ins, website, social media, WhatsApp, and referrals
  
• Reach out to every lead within 2 hours
  
• Schedule and conduct one-on-one consultations (online or offline)
  
• Explain service offerings clearly � covering eligibility, fees, and timelines
  
• Share brochures and transparently address doubts or concerns
  
• Record responses and feedback in Google Sheets or CRM
  
• Collect testimonials from satisfied clients
  
• Set weekly/daily targets and support the team to achieve them
  
• Provide training, motivation, and regular feedback to the team
  
• Prepare reports on conversions, follow-ups, and retention
  
• Train team members on products and counselling strategies
  

• Any graduate (degree in Business or Marketing preferred)
  
• Minimum 6 months of sales or counselling experience,Freshers can also apply.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Fluency in English is mandatory
  
• Knowledge of 3 or more Indian languages is a strong advantage
  
• Familiar with Google Sheets and CRM tools
  
• Prior experience in aviation education is a plus
  
• Immediate joiners preferred
