Luxsun Energy India Pvt Ltd is seeking a
highly motivated and experienced Business Development Associate with a strong background in the Solar EPC industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, closing sales, and expanding our solar presence in the region.- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial solar segments
- Conduct client meetings, technical discussions, and site visits
- Prepare and present proposals, follow up on leads, and convert them into successful deals
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution
- Maintain accurate client data and follow-ups using CRM tools
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales/business development in a Solar EPC company (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of solar system components, design, and project execution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-driven with a proven track record in target achievement
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred
- Willingness to travel locally for client interactions
