*Job Summary:
We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will act as a point of contact, address client needs efficiently, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
*Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client deliverables are met
Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address issues.
*Requirements:
