We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Chinese Cook to join our team at our restaurant in Madurai.
- Prepare and cook a wide range of Chinese dishes, including stir-fries, noodles, soups, and rice dishes
- Ensure that all ingredients are fresh and of high quality
- Follow recipes and cooking techniques to maintain consistency in taste and presentation
- Monitor food stock levels and place orders as needed.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely food preparation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist in the development of new menu items and specials.
- Strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine and cooking techniques
- Food safety and hygiene certification is preferred
