We are seeking an experienced
Execution Lead to manage the on-ground implementation of educational and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising field operations, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.- Lead end-to-end execution of on-site projects including infrastructure development, STEM lab setups, and teacher training initiatives.
- Maintain strict adherence to project timelines, quality benchmarks, and budget allocations.
- Manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams comprising civil contractors, field staff, designers, and content developers.
- Handle communication and coordination with vendors, contractors, school leadership, and internal teams.
- Track project progress through daily reports, site photographs, and digital dashboards.
- Utilize tools such as Google Sheets and apps like Avni, Fieldmotion, or Kobo Toolbox for monitoring and documentation.
- Resolve on-ground challenges including civil execution issues, community concerns, and school-level disputes with effective decision-making and escalation protocols.
- Ensure optimal usage of materials, manpower, and equipment; monitor expenses and report deviations from the BoQ or approved plans.
- Communicate project updates professionally to internal teams and external stakeholders including CSR partners, school authorities, and government officials.
- Uphold all standard operating procedures, safety norms, and regulatory guidelines related to infrastructure, education, and sanitation in school settings.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant on-ground execution or field operations experience.
- Proven ability to manage complex field projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with digital field tracking tools and dashboards is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel and work in dynamic, on-site environments.
- Prior experience in school infrastructure or CSR implementation projects preferred.
