Job Summary:


We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive

Customer & Client Service Executive to join our international support team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering high-quality customer experiences, and a proven track record in client-facing roles across global markets.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests with professionalism and empathy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, technical support) to ensure client satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools.
  • Meet or exceed service performance metrics (response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction scores, etc.).
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or upsell relevant services where applicable.
  • Assist with onboarding new international clients and ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service processes and customer satisfaction.


Requirements:


  • 2 to 8 years of experience in international customer service, client support, or related roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first attitude.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office tools.
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts/time zones, depending on client location.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience working with clients/customers from North America, Europe, or APAC regions.
  • Background in SaaS, tech support, hospitality, or BPO industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor�s degree in any field.
