We are looking for a Clinical Psychologist (fresher to 3 years of experience) to join our dedicated Mental Health & Wellness team. The role involves conducting psychological assessments and providing therapeutic interventions for patients dealing with emotional, behavioral, and psychological concerns.
- Conduct clinical interviews, psychological assessments, and therapy sessions.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions including CBT, supportive therapy, and counseling.
- Work with individuals, couples, and families to address mental health challenges.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, and other allied health professionals for coordinated care.
- Maintain clear, confidential documentation and treatment records in accordance with hospital policies.
- Participate in outreach programs, mental health awareness sessions, and team meetings.
- Assist in developing treatment protocols and contribute to case discussions and continuous learning efforts.
- M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology from an RCI-recognized institution (mandatory).
- RCI registration (or proof of application in process).
- Freshers with strong clinical internship exposure are encouraged to apply.
- Up to 3 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting is desirable.
- Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in English and Tamil is preferred.
