Job Summary:


The Corporate Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new corporate clients, nurturing existing relationships and promoting the company's freight forwarding and logistics services (Air, Sea, Transport, Warehousing, Customs Clearance). The role demands strong client-facing skills, business acumen and a results-driven mindset.


Key Responsibilities:


Prospect and generate leads through networking, cold calling and other channels.


Pitch freight forwarding and logistics solutions to corporate clients.


Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.


Understand client requirements and provide tailored service solutions.


Fixup meetings with clients on daily basis and also have to go for Client visit (in person).


Maintain and update CRM with client information and sales activities.


Stay informed about industry trends, competitors and market conditions.


Familiarity with Linked in , Lusha , Sales navigator etc.


Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.


2–10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in freight forwarding/logistics / international marketing / handling HNI Clients


Strong communication and presentation skills.


Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.


Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.


Should have own vehicle
