MrMed is looking for Support Executives to assist our customers in order fulfillment and post‑order support over telephone/ chat channels.


Location: T Nagar Chennai (Only work from office role)


Responsibilities:


  • Handling customers� query on products or the company via phone calls and chat channels, and making follow‑up outbound calls


  • Resolving post dispatch issues of customers - eg delivery status, order tracking, returns and refunds


  • Checking delivery status and coordinate with delivery partners regarding escalations and on-time delivery


  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases


  • Escalating unresolved issues to team leads and persistent issues directly to senior management


Desired Profile:


· Bachelor’s degree in any field.


· 6 months to 2 years experience in customer support


· Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil


· Should possess a temperament for handling customers with care


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher


Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
