We are looking for a customer-focused and empathetic individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative for our voice and chat support process.


The role involves assisting customers with their queries and concerns efficiently and professionally.


*Please note, this is a non-sales role—no outbound calls or sales targets involved.


Key Responsibilities:


ï‚· Handle incoming customer queries via voice and chat channels.


ï‚· Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and methods.


ï‚· Resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.


ï‚· Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.


ï‚· Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up as needed.


ï‚· Adhere to company policies and procedures during all customer interactions.


Requirements:


ï‚· Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates are preferred.


ï‚· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.


ï‚· Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.


ï‚· Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
