Resolve customer queries related to Blinkit products via calls, chats, and emails. Provide accurate product info, handle concerns professionally, and upsell/cross-sell where applicable. Maintain CRM records and escalate complex issues when needed. Salary up to ₹35K CTC.

Work days - 6 days/week | Rotational shifts (Boys) / Day shifts (Girls).
