Job Summary:


As a

Customer Service Associate at PVR INOX, you will be the face of the cinema, ensuring that every guest receives a warm welcome and an exceptional movie-going experience. You will handle ticketing, concessions, guest queries, and auditorium management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Greet customers warmly and provide an excellent customer experience
  • Handle ticket sales through POS systems and guide guests on show timings and seat availability
  • Manage food and beverage counters, including order taking, preparation, and billing
  • Address guest concerns or queries professionally and promptly
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the lobby, concessions, and auditorium areas
  • Ensure safety and hygiene protocols are followed
  • Guide guests to their seats and ensure smooth crowd management during peak hours
  • Upsell combo offers, memberships, and other promotional deals
  • Follow all company policies and procedures


Required Qualifications & Skills:


  • Minimum Qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)
  • Experience: 0 to 2 years in customer service, retail, or hospitality (freshers welcome)
  • Strong communication skills (English & regional language preferred)
  • Customer-oriented with a friendly and helpful attitude
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Team player with a proactive approach
