As a
Customer Service Associate at PVR INOX, you will be the face of the cinema, ensuring that every guest receives a warm welcome and an exceptional movie-going experience. You will handle ticketing, concessions, guest queries, and auditorium management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.- Greet customers warmly and provide an excellent customer experience
- Handle ticket sales through POS systems and guide guests on show timings and seat availability
- Manage food and beverage counters, including order taking, preparation, and billing
- Address guest concerns or queries professionally and promptly
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the lobby, concessions, and auditorium areas
- Ensure safety and hygiene protocols are followed
- Guide guests to their seats and ensure smooth crowd management during peak hours
- Upsell combo offers, memberships, and other promotional deals
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Minimum Qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)
- Experience: 0 to 2 years in customer service, retail, or hospitality (freshers welcome)
- Strong communication skills (English & regional language preferred)
- Customer-oriented with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays
