Key Responsibilities:


  • Respond to customer inquiries and issues via a ticketing system in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage customer support across multiple eDesk platforms (or similar helpdesk tools).
  • Handle queries related to order status, returns, refunds, and product details for platforms like Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, etc.
  • Ensure all communication aligns with company tone and brand guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Adhere to rotational shift schedules, including consistent availability on weekends.


Eligibility Criteria:


  • Educational background in any discipline; graduates from BBA, B.Com, BCA, MBA, or related fields preferred.
  • Fresherswith strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
  • 1�2 years of prior experience in customer support, especially for e-commerce platforms, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with marketplaces such as Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, eBay, etc. is an added advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently under pressure.
  • Must be comfortable working in rotational shifts, with a focus on weekend availability.
