Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Executive at Sweet Dreams India in Ahmedabad. The role involves managing customer satisfaction, developing business relationships, providing exceptional customer service, nurturing client relations, and effective communication on a daily basis.


Qualifications


· Confirm and verify COD orders with customers. Manage order status, cancellations, Exchange and refunds.


· Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining Customer high satisfaction, Customer Service, and Client Relations skills.


· Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities


· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages


· Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively. Handle customer queries via email, phone, and chat


· Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus. Reduce RTO rates through effective communication and feedback.


Bachelor's degree in any field.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent


Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
