Candidates from hospitality or facility management backgrounds are preferred. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for customers visiting the site. Ensure site cleanliness, presentation, and overall ambience. Coordinate maintenance and facility teams for smooth operations. Handle client queries and escalate issues for timely resolution. Organize and support handover process and client walkthroughs. Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in hospitality, facility management, or customer experience roles. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Good understanding of building maintenance and housekeeping. Presentable and customer-oriented personality.
