Responsibilities:


1. Resolve customer queries related to products and their usage


2. Provide telephonic and email support to users


3. Identify new vendors/partners for corporate gifting and seek cost estimates for negotiation


4. Provide implementation and project management support


5. Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers' complaints


6. Refer issues and questions to managers, if necessary


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
