Job Description


  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms.
  • Guide customers on how to place, use product or service effectively.
  • Address and resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are satisfactorily resolved.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues as per company guidelines.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and suggest improvements.


Requirements


  • 0 to 3 Year of experience required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
