• Basic communication skills required in any two of the following languages: Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Telugu
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide technical support
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues over the call
  • Provide instructions or directly assist with the setup of desktop software, hardware, and access control systems
  • Assist with the installation of computer software and operating system updates
  • Maintain detailed logs of support activities related to the product, including data downloads and usage
