- Basic communication skills required in any two of the following languages: Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Telugu
- Respond to client inquiries and provide technical support
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues over the call
- Provide instructions or directly assist with the setup of desktop software, hardware, and access control systems
- Assist with the installation of computer software and operating system updates
- Maintain detailed logs of support activities related to the product, including data downloads and usage
- Preference will be given to local candidates
- Candidates must be willing to attend a face-to-face interview (no online interviews)
- Salary will be based purely on interview performance
