Job Summary:


We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused

Customer Support Executive to join our team in Grant Road / Kemps Corner, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and prior experience in handling customer queries across phone, email, or chat. This role requires patience, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat support
  • Resolve customer complaints, queries, and service requests in a timely manner
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address customer concerns
  • Share feedback and customer insights with the team to improve service quality
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets


Requirements:


  • 2�5 years of experience in customer service or support roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Hindi/Regional languages is a plus)
  • Basic knowledge of CRM or customer service tools
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Graduate preferred (not mandatory if experienced)
  • Problem-solving attitude and a customer-first approach
