- Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound calls* in Hindi .
- Provide
- customer support, resolve queries, and escalate issues when needed.
- Explain products/services clearly and persuasively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
- Update CRM or Excel sheets with call details.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy during calls.

Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum qualification:
- 12th pass or any graduate.
- Fluency in Hindi is mandatory; basic English preferred.
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
- Freshers are welcome; experience is a plus.
