Job Title:

Tele sales – Real Estate

Location: On-Going Site of Fomra Housing and Infrastructure.

Experience: 2+ years of experience in Real Estate

Salary: 20000-30000

We are looking for a professional and articulate Telesales to handle incoming and outgoing calls related to real estate projects. The role focuses on engaging with interested clients, providing information about properties, and assisting with appointment scheduling. This is a support-based role, and does not involve lead generation or sales incentives

ï‚· Make and receive calls to/from customers to provide information on real estate projects.

ï‚· Explain property features, pricing, and location details clearly and professionally.

ï‚· Answer queries related to property listings and on-going projects.

ï‚· Schedule and confirm site visits for prospective clients in coordination with the sales team.

ï‚· Maintain call records and update the internal system with client interactions.

ï‚· Ensure a positive customer experience by being polite, helpful, and responsive.

ï‚· Assist the sales and marketing team in follow-ups and basic coordination tasks.

ï‚· Minimum 12th pass; Bachelor's degree preferred.

ï‚· Good communication skills in English and Tamil.

ï‚· Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or real estate is a plus.

ï‚· Strong listening skills and a customer-friendly attitude.

ï‚· Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or CRM tools.

ï‚· Ability to manage time and calls efficiently.

ï‚· Fixed working hours

ï‚· Supportive team and training provided

· Work Location: Anna Nagar East

· Office Timing: 9.30am to 6.30pm

· Working Days: 6days
