Job Title: Dimensional Management Engineer
Education Requirements: Bachelors/ master’s in mechanical/ Automobile/ Industrial Engineering
Description: We are looking for Dimensional Management Engineer having 3 to 5 years’ experience in automobile industry, in Body in White domain to work on end-to-end dimensional management process for Mercedes Benz Vans Body in White during the product development phase, including defining tolerance specification, creating gap & flush plan, defining tolerance concepts and validating concepts through digital tolerance simulation
Roles & Responsibilities:
Define measurement system and tolerance specification for Body in White components and assembly
Analyze the functional requirements of Body in White
Discuss and align tolerance concepts with stake holders
Perform tolerance stack up study 1D, 2D, & 3D
Execute tolerance simulation in 3DCS
Ensure quality and timelines of every deliverable in the projects
Create Gap & Flush plans and concepts
Discussion with cross functional teams (CFT) for incorporating feedback
Create and align sub module integration concept.
Create and align closures integration concept
Validation of tolerance concepts w.r.t vehicle level requirements
Qualifications:
- B.E./B.Tech, MTech (Mechanical / Automobile/ Equivalent)
- Experience: 3 - 5 Years in NX /BIW Tolerance GD& T, Stackup Analysis
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹680,000.00 per year
