We are seeking an experienced

• Conduct outpatient consultations for patients with Type 1, Type 2, and gestational diabetes.
  
• Develop personalized treatment plans, including medication management, diet, and lifestyle interventions.
  
• Monitor blood glucose trends, lab results, and complications.
  
• Provide patient education and counseling to improve compliance and outcomes.
  
• Collaborate with general physicians and nutritionists for holistic diabetes management.
  
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow-up schedules.
  

• MBBS with MD (General Medicine) or Diploma in Diabetology or Fellowship in Diabetology from a recognized institution.
  
• Valid Tamil Nadu Medical Council or NMC registration.
  
• Minimum 3�5 years of experience in diabetes management in outpatient settings.
  
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based diabetes care protocols.
  
• Excellent communication and patient counseling skills.
  

• Revenue Share Basis (20�30% of consultation fees).
  
• Flexible working hours (morning/evening sessions, 2�4 hours per day).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹8,093.68 - ₹42,492.00 per month
