F&B Executive with luxury hotel experience and a stable career track record to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless dining operations, deliver personalized guest experiences, and uphold the exceptional service standards The Postcard Hotel is known for.- Assist in daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and in‑room dining services.
- Deliver high‑quality, personalized service to all guests.
- Support the F&B Manager/Supervisor in training and mentoring service associates.
- Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure smooth service flow.
- Monitor hygiene, service quality, and adherence to brand standards.
- Address guest feedback proactively, ensuring complete satisfaction.
- Assist in inventory control and cost optimization while supporting revenue goals.
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
- 2�4 years of experience in Food & Beverage service in a luxury or boutique hotel.
- Proven career stability � not a frequent job hopper.
- Strong guest interaction, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to a boutique luxury environment that demands attention to detail.
