Sales Manager to lead and expand our Ayurvedic and wellness product sales across retail and distribution channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth, building relationships, managing field sales teams, and achieving monthly sales targets.✅
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets
- Identify new sales opportunities and markets
- Visit retail outlets, distributors, and wellness centers regularly
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Prepare and present monthly sales reports
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions
